I have been a Realtor since 1994 and an Associate Broker since the late 1990's.

• I'm a generalist in my practice, but that translates to a depth of knowledge in many areas of real estate. This allows me to work with all Buyers & Sellers, regardless of their desired properties. I can move easily between Historic Homes to New Construction and Urban to Suburban to Rural homes.

• I also have my CDPE (Certified Distressed Properties Expert) so I can help folks with short sales and foreclosures - both Buying and Selling this very specialized category of homes.
